How should I store my Maids of Honour tarts?
To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your tarts in a cool, dry place. They are best enjoyed on the day of purchase but can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across the UK using specialized chilled packaging to ensure your pastries arrive in perfect condition. Delivery dates can be selected at checkout.
Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?
While many of our recipes do not contain nuts, all of our products are prepared in a traditional bakery environment that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will find an option to add a gift message which we will hand-write on a beautiful gift card to include with your delivery.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
We currently offer a selection of gluten-free cakes and vegetarian pastries. We are constantly working on expanding our range to include vegan options while maintaining our traditional quality standards.
